Council Tax

In London, when you live in a place you have to pay the council tax. If you are moving in a flat where there is already people living in, they"ll probably have it arranged already. If you are moving in a place just yourself (with or without other people), you"ll have to register for it. The amount is calculated independently in each council and when renting or buying a place, you should find out what is the CT and if it is included as a expense. It is calculated based on the location, dimension and number of tenants.
