FARMERS MARKET

For fresh produce, both local and foreign as well as some brilliant home cooked food to take away, visit any one of the farmers’ markets dotted around town. A full list can be found through the link below

One of the most renowned farmers markets is Borough Market, held on Saturdays (below the bridge, near London Bridge station) where you will find great organic produce, paella, chorizo; French, Italian and fantastic English cheeses; pies and meats and a great vibe all by the river. Most people buy something and eat it in the courtyard of the small church next door, or wander along the Thames either towards the Design Museum in the East or the Tate Modern to the West.
